Do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups per minute for 10 minutes


Don’t let anyone steal or destroy, live healthy and satisfying life by putting in the work in your faith and in your body.

 "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each person esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others"

Let nothing be done through selfishness, help others often. Philippians 2-3:4 provides all the tools, silence for time with god, jabs to fight off the devil, and burpees for the full body of life to be prepared to do it everyday consistently.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭8‬-‭9‬

”Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.“

Make sure you are in a good boxing stance, envisioning pleading to the lord in weakness and gain strength in Christ!

Dear friends if god loved us in this way, we also must love one another.

The word that jumps out to me is IF. Read again……. Now if you decide to do

16 - jumping
16 - pushups
16 - squats
16 - plank up down (high to low)

4 sets with one min rest in the middle to focus on god.

If you put in the work the IF disappears Go and be great!!!

Romans 12 - 9:10

Love must be without hypocrisy. Detest evil; cling to what is good. Show family affection to one another with brotherly love. Outdo one another in showing honor.

In life we have to know we are in GODS hands not just good hands like Allstate insurance.
